Spend an hour with the Nez Perce map and exhibit at the Josephy Center with Rich Wandschneider. It will be an informal introduction to the walwa ma band of the Nez Perce Indians who made the Wallowas home for millenia, before being forcibly removed in 1877: How did they live? Why were they forced out? Who were Old and Young Chief Joseph? Where are they now?
Every Thursday from 1-2 pm from June 17 through August 26. Walk-ins welcome and donations appreciated.
